  • HOW DO I CONTACT YOU IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

please email me at lizzybtqcustomer@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and reason you are contacting. Not including an order number will delay response time. 

 I do not answer emails on weekends, only on business days. 

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

orders typically ship within 2 business days (sometimes there might be some delays, it is a two person team!) 

 not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. If your order says “delivered” but it is not there, please contact USPS regarding that. I can’t do anything about that, usps will be able to help more. 

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

*returns and exchanges are ONLY ALLOWED if:

  1.  Your item came damaged 
  2. You received the wrong item.

you must provide pictures of how your item came damaged/the wrong item received. 

14 day exchange/return window from when item is delivered 

please refer to the SIZE CHART for any sizing questions. Returns and exchanges are NOT ALLOWED otherwise 

  • HOW DO I WASH MY ITEMS TO INSURE THE QUALITY?

shirts & tanks- wash inside out on delicate wash cold setting and air dry 

sweaters- wash inside out on hand wash cold setting and air dry (also pay attention to the care tag of the sweater depending on the different materials)
